ANTONIO ALBACETE

ETRC Champion 2010, 2006, 2005

Antonio Albacete's racing career spans over 40 years, starting out racing in go-karts. He moved on to racing Formula Ford and British Formula 3000, becoming Formula Renault Spanish Champion and in the same year, he also won the Class II of the Spanish Touring car Championship (CET).

After stints with FIAT, BMW and Opel, Antonio received CEPSA's proposal to pilot the works MAN in the European Championship in 1997 and in 2005 he became European Champion. He revalidated his title two more times, in 2006 and again, in 2010.
