Learning gives Garrett renewed hope for 2027 Goodyear FIA ETRC
Luke Garrett completed his third Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship sixth in the Chrome standings and with a wealth of knowledge for next season.
The British driver rounded out his Goodyear FIA ETRC campaign by scoring points in all four races at Circuito de Madrid Jarama – RACE last weekend.
Speaking at the end of the Spanish season showdown, Garrett said: “We’ve finished sixth in the Chrome class, not bad at all for only our third season. The team are buzzing. We’ve had a great day, just enjoying the racing and having a good time, even with a complete spin in Race 3, which left us finishing at the back.
“We’ve had some great lap times today and, more importantly, feel like we’ve learnt a lot throughout the season that we can take into next year.
“A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the season, our partners, guests and everyone behind the scenes who makes it all possible.”
