Kiss on top in Misano Goodyear FIA ETRC Free Practice 1

Norbert Kiss has begun the 2026 Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship just as he finished the 2025 season, with a 2m01.437s effort in Free Practice 1 putting him on top of the order.

Chasing a record-extending eighth Goodyear FIA ETRC title this season, Kiss edged out Jochen Hahn at Misano World Circuit by 0.153s as José Eduardo Rodrigues completed the top three, 0.671s behind Kiss.

Lukas Hahn was the fastest Chrome racer in fourth, one place ahead of Titan driver Steffi Halm, who finished the 2025 title race in third position behind champion Kiss and runner-up Jochen Hahn.

Sascha Lenz, Antonio Albacete, René Reinert, Bradley Smith and Jonathan André completed the Free Practice 1 top 10, which was covered by 2.530s.
